Mindfulness & Yoga
I am a certified Teacher of Mindfulness Meditation with UCLA and The Semel Institute of Neuroscience in Los Angeles and I teach Mindfulness Meditation in the Master in Mindfulness Meditation and Contemplative Practices at Pisa University, Italy.
My background includes certifications and intensive trainings in Hatha Yoga, Anusara, Kundalini, Bhakti yoga, Restorative yoga and Pranayama.
As an act of Seva (selfless-service) in 2007 I created and developed Yoga to The Blind, a Yoga and Meditation program devoted to blind students of The Braille Institute of Los Angeles. All students in the program are visually impaired. (watch her Braille Institute Yoga documentary here)
Music & Breathwork
My love of music and spirituality drew me into devotional chanting. Today I am a Kirtan leader, play the harmonium and lead mantra chanting circles across Europe.
Since 2016, I studied intensively The Wim Hof Method under Mr. Hof himself in several teacher trainings and extreme expeditions in Europe and the States. I have been assisting Wim during his winter and summer travels in Poland, Spain and The Netherlands.
Today I’m a certified Level 3 advanced Wim Hof Method instructor, the first woman in Italy to be certified by The Iceman.
Yoga Classes

Every body has its own story and every mind has its own memory. That’s why I always recommend individual classes. After carefully considering your mental and physical condition, I will evaluate the practices (postures, breathing, lifestyle, nutrition) that best suit your constitution and state of mind.
One-on-one classes are perfect for those who are new to yoga or for those who already have advanced practice and want to progress on their journey.

Small group yoga classes are great if you want to share the practice with a group of friends or for team-building experiences to share moments of awareness with your colleagues.

My practice is devoted to helping you calm your monkey mind and supporting you in accessing the wisdom of your own heart.
Mindfulness offers significant mental and physical health benefits by training the brain to focus on present moment awareness, reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Regular practice improves emotional regulation, boosts immunity, enhances focus, and promotes better sleep. It also helps manage chronic pain and strengthens relationships through increased empathy. Once the mind has settled, the portal of the spiritual heart can be opened.

Wim Hof Method
◈ I am a certified Advanced Level 3 Wim Hof Method instructor, the first woman in Italy to become certified, after studying for over ten years with Wim Hof himself. ◈
The Wim Hof Method is a scientifically recognized method founded by Dutch extreme athlete and motivational speaker Wim Hof, also known as The Ice Man, who holds several world records. The Method is based on the synergy of breathing exercises, gradual exposure to cold, and mental training as vehicles to make us feel much stronger than we imagine, as if we were superhuman.
It is a true journey of inner transformation that helps us unlock our human potential, providing us with a solid foundation for facing life’s challenges, managing stress, and helping us find comfort in discomfort.
