YOGA TO THE BLIND
SEVA/SELFLESS SERVICE
A few months after obtaining her Yoga Teacher certification, in 2008 Lulu created a yoga and meditation program at The Braille Institute of Los Angeles, devoted to visually impaired students. Her students in the program are between 22 and 95 years old, as Angie, the lady you see below, who never missed a class. All the students in this program are partially or fully blind.
Accompanying the documentary, a photo shoot by world renowned yogi, activist and photographer, Robert Sturman.
